Held at Como The Halkin hotel in Belgravia in the much-loved Basque-inspired restaurant, Ametsa, guests enjoy the flavours and traditions of the Basque Country and were privy to chefs pairing traditional Spanish techniques with British seasonal ingredients and a unique Japanese fusion to create a selection of light tapas-style dishes and heartier sharing plates.
